Neil is an NZC Level 3 cricket coach, based in Wellington. He specialises in batting, spin bowling, and team coaching.
Neil is passionate about encouraging players to harness their natural ability and style, and to play cricket with a positive intent and mindset. He has strong tactical, technical, physical and mental coaching skills. He has expertise in identifying player strengths, and in detecting, analysing and correcting technical faults to improve performance.
